I am unaware of any contact method for customer support in India. The best way I know is through the game options. Go into any screen (inventory, skills etc) At the top there will be the screen icons. Go to the ? (Help) click on it, go down to ask for help click it. Then start filling out the form as precise as possible. With any company, the key is to make sure that you are selecting the most appropriate drop downs to your problem and explain completely what it is that is wrong and what it is that you would like for them to do for you. The more precise your question and what you want, the easier it is for the agent that is answering that email to give you the information that you truly want. I have used this twice and both times my issues have been resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Sorry no number but hope this helps.

Hi!I'm from India. I'm unsure what number should i call.

Hi there I am from Germany and both the number with the prefix and the generell number do NOT work. Is there any other number I could possibly call where I could talk to some one.!?!

I just called the 301 number and actually spoke with an operator. She transferred me to a message line for customer support where I was instructed to leave a detailed message and would receive a call back within one day. At least we know the number works during EST hours.

The number for Australia has apparently been disconnected.

If those above do not work then I do not know.  Nothing on the support site?

Are does call numbers still active?

Sure would be nice to get support on the weekend.  I can no longer access my email attached and cannot do anything with my account because it wants me to verify my email that they keep sending every time.  In order to change my email, I have to get into the email attached to my account which I cannot.  Do I really have to wait until Monday normal business hours to get help?

The 844-936-4629 is no longer in service. When you call it notifies you that "You have reached a former bethesda net support number" Then it tells you go the forums. The 301-926-8300 number has office hours 9am to 6pm eastern time.
